Cookie policy

A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser so it can recognise you on your next request — to remember a setting, or to keep you signed in.

iag_locale — remembers the language you chose so the site opens in it next time. It is set for one year and contains nothing but the language code.

Session cookie — set only when a partner, member of staff or driver signs in to the partner extranet or the driver panel. It keeps you signed in and is removed when the session ends or you sign out.

No analytics cookies, no advertising cookies, no social media pixels and no third-party trackers. We do not build profiles of visitors.

Your browser's local and session storage hold a few conveniences that never leave your device: whether you dismissed the cookie notice, and a draft of your booking while you complete checkout so that a refresh does not lose your progress. Nothing in them is sent to us.

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the language cookie means the site picks a language from your browser on each visit; blocking the session cookie means you cannot sign in to the partner or driver areas.

If we ever add a cookie that is not strictly necessary, we will update this page and ask for your consent before setting it.
